SIMPLIEST FUDGE IN THE WORLD (and it's good)
Microwave on high for 1.5 minutes and stir until smooth:
    14 oz. can of sweented condensed milk
    12 oz. bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
Stir in:
   1 tsp vanilla
   1/2 cup chopped nuts, if you want 
Spread into 9" square pan. Cool and cut in squares.
